Born in 1132, began sailing at the young age of 7. Whilst I was traveling the high seas, we became surrounded by pirates in 1143. Now it’s 1144 and I, being 12, joined a crew, THE ORDER OF THE BARNACLE….
I have just graduated from high school and currently enrolled in a dance studio and a home-schooling program. I have been dancing most years of my life, and intend on dancing for about 20 more. I enjoy singing and creating musical fusion: with my friends in any spare time I have.

I am a merchanting wench who has tendencies to be a bit odd at times. My father was French and my mother Welsh, and I was raised by both in Wales. Being from a poor family, I have learned to make my own way in life by making and selling my jewelry pieces at local markets and faires. I also make bath salts, milks, lotions and perfumes for the Ladies.
Happy mother of three wonderful hoodlums, I own my own jewelry business (Mystic Frog Emporium). Hobbies? Let me think…reading, cooking (when the mood strikes me) and sewing is the newest thing I am learning to do.

Deianeira is the daughter of Don Alajandro Eustachius Rodríguez de la Toledo (descendant of Don Rodrigo) and Doña Constance Teresa Aragonés de Madrid. For many years, Alajandro and Constance hoped to be graced with a child—but to no avail. Then, in their seventh year, on the holy feast day of St. Carmen (July 16), Constansa bore a daughter to the Rodríguez family line. She was given the name Deianeira—the feminine aspect of Deunoro—meaning All Saints and Christened with the name of her patron saint, Carmen.

My mother was Manx and my father a Viking—needless to say I didn’t see much of him. But I heard a lot of stories about him. I lived with my mother most of my life. One winter, when the Northmen came a Viking, I manages to steal one’s heart. Lord Eirik Haarfager Göransson took me into his house hold of Odlahorde, where we are raising our family.
Past Chatelaine for the Barony—took up a lot of time, mom of three (takes up the rest of my time, and housewife (what housework?). Graduated from Mansfield University in 2000 with a BA in Anthropology. Have done archaeological excavation in Italy, Russia and the US. Lived in Russia for two years. Was and Archaeology and Language student at Volgograd State University for a few years on and off.

Born (March the 29 th , 1111) and bred in Eire, milady Failend Brecc married at 17 at the behest of her father and became an O’Conaill in 1128. Her most honorable husband, heeding the call to the Crusades, made a place – and an earldom – in the Kingdom of Acre in the year of our Lord 1129 under the rule of Baldwin de Le Bourg, the Defender of the Holy Sepulcher and his daughter, Melisende.
Originally born in Atlanta, GA due to my father’s work my family moved frequently allowing me to see and live in many areas of this country as well as Mexico. Pennsylvania I call home as I have lived my adult life in this state more than any other. The light of my life, Cael – my daughter– and I moved to Scranton in 2004, which enabled us to become active in the Barony. My time is split between home schooling Cael, playing with the Barony and helping out at my daughter’s dance school as she is there a great deal of our afternoons.

I was named for Rhodri the Great’s daughter. She married Olwein and ruled Glamorgan for a time. It was hoped that I would be strong as she was. I am a shepherdess living at Castell y Bere. I have a small flock that I tend where I spin the wool, and use the milk to make cheeses. Some of both are used at the castle.
BA degree from Elmira College with double major in English Literature and Secondary Education. I taught for several years as a substitute and was a director at Sylvan Learning Center before moving to Denver, Colorado. While in Colorado I attended the Denver School of Massage at Aurora, and graduated in 2007. In 2008 I moved back to the east, and into my grandmother’s house to assist in her care. For a time I was her full time caregiver until she passed away. Currently I am building my massage business in Susquehanna PA.
